Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance, analytics, and strategy for Private AI growth. You will partner with global field teams to drive adoption, measure performance, and optimize cross-functional processes across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to scope complex, ambiguous strategic challenges.
• Strong analytical skills using CRM data and customer insights.

• Experience communicating with C-suite and regional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance and operating rhythms for global Applied AI org across regions.
• Track and optimize customer progression through Discovery to Production stages.
• Prioritize target accounts using robust analytics from field teams.
• Define KPIs for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze revenue models with partners to maximize ARR and platform pull-through.
• Design scalable processes for tracking team allocations and productization.
• Build segment analyses and business cases to support investment decisions.
