Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to scope complex strategic challenges.
• Highly analytical and data-driven approach using CRM data and customer insights.
• Ability to communicate and build trust with C-suite and regional leaders with clear executive storytelling.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise software, cloud architectures, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Experience with GTM systems (Salesforce, Clari) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Autonomy in dynamic environments and capability to implement scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org across regions.
• Manage the AI adoption funnel and track customer progression through key stages.
• Develop account prioritization and use-case frameworks based on real customer signals.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics for subscription and consumption-based adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem and commercial strategy with partners to maximize ARR expansion.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and document repeatable delivery patterns.
