Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to accelerate Private AI growth. You will lead global governance, portfolio analyses, and executive storytelling across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, partnering with field engineers and sales leaders to drive high-impact initiatives.

You will define strategic metrics, analyze ROI, and shape GTM strategy while coordinating with revenue ops and AI go-to-market teams.

Formación

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to scope complex challenges.
• Analytical and ability to use CRM data and customer insights to form hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and leadership to present insights.
• Familiarity with enterprise data management, data lakehouses, AI/ML ecosystem.
• Quantitative, financial modeling, data manipulation; GTM tools and BI skills are a plus.
• Operate autonomously in fast-moving environments with discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms across AMER, EMEA, APAC with MBR cadence.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel and track customer progression through stages.
• Account Prioritization & Use Case Frameworks to target top accounts.
• Define & Standardize Strategic Metrics for KPIs on subscription/adoption.
• Ecosystem & Commercial Strategy with partners and joint sales plays.
• Cross-Functional Leadership to standardize processes with EEs, SEs, PS teams.
• Business Planning & Executive Storytelling for investments and headcount.
