Job summary

EY is seeking a senior presales leader to define and execute the global presales strategy for the EY-Microsoft Alliance. You will work with Sales, Alliance, and delivery teams to shape opportunities and win strategic deals.

The role spans multiple regions including US, Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with a mix of virtual work and scheduled collaboration. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or enterprise technology sales.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and go-to-market models; AI Business Solutions specialist.
• Ability to translate technology into business value, shaping client strategies and enabling transformation journeys.
• Experience developing end-to-end solutions, including business case, value articulation, delivery approach and commercial model.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation and proposal-writing capabilities, with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
• Leadership and stakeholder management: lead cross-functional, global teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Results-driven with a track record of shaping and winning strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global presales strategy for the EY-Microsoft Alliance.
• Support and lead presales activity on strategic, high-value global pursuits with cross-team engagement.
• Align presales approaches to Microsoft’s AI Business Solution Area and field priorities.
• Collaborate across EY service lines, sectors, delivery teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to shape transformation opportunities and articulate value propositions.
• Develop reusable assets, proposal content, and playbooks to enable scalable presales execution.
• Help shape differentiated EY-Microsoft solutions leveraging the latest Microsoft technology.
