Job summary

EYAtlanta, GA is seeking a Global Microsoft Industrial & Energy Alliance Relationship Director to coordinate and deliver sector-led alliance activation across EY, Microsoft and clients. You will manage day‑to‑day Microsoft alliance relationships for Industrial & Energy, including governance, pipeline, contracts and field activation.

You will leverage deep industry knowledge and the Microsoft stack to drive growth, align sector priorities with alliance plays, and lead cross‑functional teams

Qualifications

• Provide leadership in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support.
• Deep Industrial & Energy industry expertise with knowledge of market, regulation, sustainability, data, AI and technology trends.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem and ability to position capabilities against transformation priorities.
• Translate client priorities into Microsoft-enabled alliance plays and joint go-to-market activities.
• Experience in alliance management, business development, or sector-led growth in a technology or professional services company.
• Experience building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Credible communicator with project management skills and a track record of alliance revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute alliance strategy and objectives aligned with Global Alliance priorities and sector growth.
• Facilitate Microsoft and EY alliance relationships and program management to mobilize strategic opportunities.
• Drive governance across global service lines, sectors and accounts with clear accountability.
• Provide actionable insights to EY and Microsoft leadership on pipeline, performance and activation.
• Identify, develop and activate priority solutions and partner programs across Industrial & Energy.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with accurate reporting and market observations.
• Activate priority accounts, map relationships and support contract facilitation where needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, independence requirements and governance.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Communications to define sector messaging and collateral.
• Partner with regional leaders to execute alliance marketing and enablement activities.
• Contribute to the Global Alliance network with knowledge sharing and best practices.
