Zendesk seeks a Senior Director, AI Services Consulting to shape the global strategy and operating model for AI-driven services. You will lead senior consultants, partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and drive measurable business value for customers at scale.

You will ensure delivery quality, build governance, and create scalable processes while growing a high-performing, globally distributed team and advancing enterprise partnerships across geographies.

Qualifications

• Leadership of large, global professional services teams
• Deep fluency in AI-enabled customer-service workflows and delivery
• Experience defining playbooks, KPIs, governance and rhythms
• Portfolio leadership across multi-region programs and budgets
• Ability to translate customer strategy into value cases and roadmaps
• Proven executive influence with Product and Engineering; drive prioritization

Responsibilities

• Set global AI Services Consulting strategy, portfolio and governance
• Forecast demand, shape capacity, balance utilization with outcomes
• Establish performance systems linking AI delivery to value and margin
• Lead cross-functional executive engagement with Sales, CS, Product, Engineering
• Develop leadership bench and scalable capability through coaching and succession planning
