Zendesk seeks a Senior Director, AI Services Consulting to set global strategy and operating rhythm for AI services. You will lead senior consultants, partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and exec customers, and drive measurable outcomes with scalable, repeatable delivery.

You will own portfolio strategy, governance, and investment priorities, ensuring high-value customer outcomes, margin, and accelerated value realization at scale. Hybrid work is expected across US locations.
