Job summary

Zendesk seeks a Senior Director, Services Consulting, AI to define the global strategy and operating model for AI services. You will lead executives and senior consultants to drive measurable customer outcomes and scalable AI enablement across geographies.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Finance to align roadmaps, governance, and investment priorities, ensuring high-quality delivery and sustainable margin at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or related enterprise SaaS function.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience.
• Senior-level experience in go-to-customer and operating-model leadership within enterprise technology or SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience using analytics to shape portfolio decisions and improve retention, expansion, and margin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated product and market expertise: translate generative AI capabilities into services and outcomes.
• Executive influence with Product and Engineering; translate insights into strategy and investment decisions.
• Track record of building or scaling operating mechanisms and predictive insights to improve adoption and performance.
