You will shape governance, staffing, and capability building to deliver fast value and sustainable margin, influencing product readiness and adoption across geographies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or related enterprise SaaS function.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience, including leading through leaders.
• Senior-level experience in go-to-customer and operating-model leadership within enterprise technology or SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience using analytics to shape portfolio decisions, risk, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Set the global AI Services Consulting strategy and operating model.
• Own portfolio capacity, prioritization, and commercial performance.
• Create executive accountability for outcomes and metrics.
• Lead senior cross-functional alignment and executive customer engagement.
