You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and executive customers to translate market insight into scalable growth and roadmaps. You will own the portfolio strategy, governance, and operating rhythm for AI engagements, ensuring staffing, enablement, and measurable business

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead through leaders and build high-performing organizations.
• Deep fluency in AI-enabled customer service and scalable delivery.
• Experience shaping portfolio decisions, forecast demand, and optimize margin.
• Executive-level communication and change leadership across multiple functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/CS/Engineering; advanced credentials preferred.
