Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Director, AI Services Consulting to define the global strategy and operating model for AI services. You will lead senior consultants, shape delivery quality, and drive measurable customer value at scale.

You will partner with Sales, CS, Product, Engineering, and executives to translate insights into roadmaps, standards, and scalable growth. A strong track record in enterprise services is required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead through leaders and build scalable orgs.
• Deep fluency in AI-enabled customer service workflows and adoption.
• Experience with governance, KPIs, and executive rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Set global AI Services Consulting strategy and operating model.
• Forecast demand, shape capacity, balance utilization and outcomes.
• Create executive accountability for outcomes and value realization.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, CS, Product, Engineering, Finance.
• Build leadership bench through coaching, succession, and enablement.
