Zendesk is seeking a Senior Director, AI Services Consulting to define the global strategy and operating model for AI-enabled customer experiences. You will lead senior consultants, partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and shape delivery quality and customer outcomes at scale.

You will drive enterprise-wide initiatives, establish governance, and develop talent to deliver measurable business impact while guiding investments and responsible AI adoption across geographies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Professional Services or related enterprise SaaS functions.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience leading globally distributed teams.
• Senior-level go-to-customer and operating-model leadership in enterprise tech or SaaS.
• Experience using analytics to shape portfolio decisions and improve retention, value, and margin.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability translating AI capabilities into services and outcomes.
• Executive influence with Product and Engineering; align strategy and investment.
• Track record of scalable operating mechanisms and predictive insights.
