Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Global AI Alliance Manager to lead strategic partnerships with a leading AI model provider. You will own the joint business plan, drive revenue growth, and enable field teams across AWS and the partner. This is a global role spanning regions and markets.

You will engage executives, manage cross-functional teams, and turn strategic challenges into compelling value propositions, leveraging AI to track performance and accelerate adoption of partner models on AWS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Manage a global model-provider partnership across Bedrock and AWS Marketplace; define joint plans, co-sell motions, and GTM programs.
• Own the partner development plan: consumption, exit run rate, Marketplace revenue, and pipeline targets.
• Engage partner field sales and channels to create and close joint AWS revenue opportunities.
• Own deal escalation across sales, legal, finance; report trends to leadership.
• Navigate AWS funding/incentives for competitive deals.
• Lead internal stakeholders to execute the joint plan and enable the field.
• Build dashboards to track spend, attainment, and pipeline; use AI tools to automate reporting.
• Write and present business reviews for AWS and partner leadership.
• Manage complex contract negotiations; liaison to deal, legal, and finance teams.
