Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager to own worldwide marketing relationships with AI labs and frontier model providers.

You will translate technology roadmaps into joint go-to-market programs that accelerate customer adoption and drive measurable pipeline. This role sits within the AI & Startup Partner Marketing team, collaborating with the Data & AI Partner GTM team and other AWS groups to build joint marketing motions for models powering Bedrock and the AWS AI

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.
• Preferred: experience driving direction with cross-functional teams and designing joint marketing plans with global partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute worldwide joint marketing plans (JMPs) for frontier model provider partners.
• Define partner-specific value propositions and joint positioning on AWS.
• Translate product launches into partner-led demand generation motions.
• Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive joint pipeline.
• Manage MDF planning and execution for the partner portfolio.
• Coordinate partner presence at AWS flagship events and partner-hosted events.
• Create partner activation playbooks and enablement assets for AWS field teams.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned partners and align with cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Prepare MBRs and quarterly partner scorecards.
