Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to own worldwide marketing relationships with frontier AI labs and model providers.

You will translate technology roadmaps into joint go-to-market programs, developing JMPs and coordinating with AWS field sales, product marketing, and partner development teams. You will build and measure multi-channel campaigns that drive joint pipeline, manage MDF planning, and align messaging across global partners and AWS teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute worldwide joint marketing plans (JMPs) for frontier model provider partners.
• Define partner-specific value propositions and joint positioning on AWS.
• Translate product launches into partner-led demand generation motions.
• Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive joint pipeline.
• Own MDF planning and execution for your partner portfolio.
• Coordinate partner presence at AWS flagship events and partner-hosted events.
• Create partner activation playbooks and enablement assets.
• Serve as the primary marketing point-of-contact for assigned partners.
• Align with PDMs, Solutions Architect, AWS Product Marketing, and Service GTM teams.
• Set clear KPIs and report progress to leadership.
