Job summary

AWS is hiring a Principal Global Partner Development Manager for the Data and AI ISV partner team. You will manage strategic relationships with AWS’s Data, Analytics and AI partners, drive revenue growth and market adoption, and engage CXO, Product, Marketing, and Field teams worldwide.

The role requires a strong partner background, sales experience with enterprise customers, and the ability to articulate compelling value propositions across technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Manage select global ISV partnerships; define and execute partner plans and GTM programs.
• Serve on Partner/BD teams to deliver Analytics/AI partner strategy.
• Create and deliver strategic partner development plans aligned with AWS Analytics/AI strategy.
• Set partner targets and coordinate with sales/BD to achieve goals.
• Engage partner field sales, channels and end customers to create revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with category managers to execute business plan with internal stakeholders.
• Establish AWS as ISV's preferred cloud computing partner across product/service lines.
• Use CRM/reporting tools to track metrics and leverage AI tools for analysis.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews to AWS and partner senior management.
• Manage complex contract negotiations and liaise with legal/finance teams.
