Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager for AI Partner Marketing to lead global demand-generation and partner marketing programs with to drive revenue across multiple geographies.

You will own the WW AI partner program strategy, budget governance, and cross‑functional collaboration with field teams, product, and agencies to deliver joint value propositions and scalable campaigns. This is an individual contributor role with strategic and tactical impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.

Responsibilities

• Own the WW AI partner program strategy, setting annual priorities and program streams aligned to AWS Growth Initiatives, OP2 goals and the AI Competency roadmap.
• Plan, govern and deploy a multi-million dollar WWSO co‑investment budget, including business cases, PO management and year‑end spend discipline.
• Lead a virtual team across Partner Marketing and WWSO, assigning stream owners and holding a clear operating cadence.
• Scale flagship partner benefit programs from campaign into repeatable sales enablement motions for AWS field teams and partner sellers.
• Partner with WWSO on annual cohort planning, bringing the partner marketing view to program design and budget decisions.
• Run AI partner presence at flagship events such as re:Invent and Summits, including partner stories, nominations and session formats.
• Own pipeline reporting and attribution for the program (PSQL, partner‑originated and launched pipeline), and drive fixes where data breaks.
• Produce monthly business reviews and program scorecards for leadership.
