Job summary

You will manage a multi-product opportunity pipeline, deliver forecasts, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Pricing teams to align Micron solutions with customer goals while driving long-term AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a technical field; equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in strategic account management, semiconductor or technical sales, or sales leadership.
• Proven track record of revenue, margin, or account growth objectives achieved.
• Ability to translate technical customer requirements into business strategies and execution.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, forecasting tools, and account planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies that drive growth across embedded, robotics, automotive, client and consumer segments.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across engineering, architecture, procurement, operations and executive leadership.
• Manage a multi-product opportunity pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and CRM discipline.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and Pricing teams to align customer needs with Micron solutions and objectives.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to support strategic planning and long-term growth.
