Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, seeks a Finance Transformation leader to drive the AI transformation roadmap across Finance & Accounting. You will partner with IT, Data, and senior stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, scale pilots, and govern the portfolio with ROI and change-management focus.

You’ll design enablement programs, deliver role-based learning, and ensure integration with core finance systems while advancing SOX compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 12 years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
• At least 3 years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes (Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks).
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders (Sr. Director / VP / CFO-level).
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, IS; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the F&A AI transformation roadmap with governance.
• Partner with IT, Data, and Finance process leads to surface high-value AI opportunities.
• Deliver proof-of-concept and scale pilots into production with cross-functional teams.
• Design role-based AI enablement programs covering prompt craft and tool fluency.
• Establish and report KPIs on adoption, productivity, and value realization.
