CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a senior Finance Transformation leader to drive the AI integration across F&A. You will partner with IT and data stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, build scalable AI solutions, and govern the finance AI program while ensuring SOX compliance and audit readiness.

You will define governance, oversee solution delivery with cross-functional teams, and lead enablement programs to build finance teams capable of leveraging AI responsibly and effectively.

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation
• 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks
• Proven experience influencing Sr. Directors/VPs/CFOs

Responsabilités

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain the AI transformation roadmap and prioritize projects.
• Evaluate AI platforms and Finance AI tools; guide investments.
• Manage proof-of-concept delivery and scale pilots to production.
• Design role-based learning paths for the finance function and drive adoption.
