CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to drive AI transformation across Finance & Accounting. You will partner with process leads, IT, and data teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, oversee solution delivery, and govern the AI portfolio.

The role emphasizes change management, ROI tracking, and scale across the organization. Ideal candidates have 12+ years in Finance/Accounting transformation, strong ERP/finance process knowledge, and proven ability to influence senior

Qualifications

12+ years in Finance or Accounting Transformation with 3+ years delivering AI/automation/advanced analytics initiatives.
Strong working knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, and Controls Frameworks.
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and govern the F&A AI operating model, roadmap, and governance forums.
Identify high-value AI opportunities with Finance leadership and IT stakeholders.
Lead proof-of-concept delivery and scale successful pilots into Production.
