Planet Green Holdings seeks a Senior Director of Channel Sales to design and scale a global channel and partnerships program. You will lead partner recruitment, enablement, and governance across VARs, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances to drive indirect revenue and market expansion.

You will partner with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment, enablement, and joint GTM motions. Expect a high-growth, startup-like environment with significant equity potential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in channel/partnership sales in cybersecurity/SaaS/enterprise software
• 5+ years in a senior channel leadership role (Director/VP)
• Proven track record building/scaling channel programs that contribute 30%+ of revenue
• Strong relationships with major cybersecurity channel players (Optiv, GuidePoint, SHI, CDW, Presidio, Deloitte, PwC, Accenture)
• Experience recruiting/managing MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances
• Willingness to travel ~40–50%

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy and program.
• Recruit onboard strategic partners (VARs, distributors, MSSPs, GSIs, tech alliances).
• Build and lead a high-performing channel team.
• Own executive-level partner relationships and joint business plans.
• Collaborate with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success for channel enablement.
• Design partner programs with certification, portals, deal registration, pricing, and metrics.
• Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue; forecast and report on ROI.
• Represent the company at events and cybersecurity ecosystems.
• Stay current on cybersecurity channel trends and partner needs in DLP/IRM/data security.
