Job summary

AWS is seeking a seasoned Partnerships Manager to lead a global alliance with a leading AI model provider. You will own joint business plans, drive GTM programs, and coordinate with partner executives, sales, marketing and channel teams to accelerate revenue on AWS.

You will manage complex negotiations, build dashboards to track spend and pipeline, and influence leadership with data-driven reviews. This is a global role with a focus on customers and markets across regions, including Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience building and managing partner ecosystems.
• Ability to influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Manage a strategic global model provider partnership across AWS services and marketplaces.
• Own the partner development plan, including revenue, pipeline, and GTM alignment.
• Engage field sales and channel teams to create and close joint opportunities on AWS.
• Lead internal stakeholders to execute the joint business plan and enable field teams.
• Build metrics and dashboards to track spend, attainment and pipeline using AI-driven reporting.
