Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead selling activities and develop sales strategies within the territory. The role focuses on creating opportunities, defending sales, and penetrating new markets among segment customers.

The position involves coordinating with branches, providing technical support, and driving growth through training and relationship management with key OEM customers. Travel up to 50% including international travel is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales, purchasing, operations, systems, vendors and branch operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, articles and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies with branches to generate leads and win orders in the assigned territory.
• Act as technical sales support for Field Sales, General Managers and segment customers.
• Coordinate training programs in the territory to educate personnel on products and segment market details.
• Maintain relationships with branch sales managers and management staff.
