Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead selling of products and services in the assigned territory. The role focuses on creating sales opportunities, defending sales, and penetrating new markets, with emphasis on supporting the Segment customers and key OEMs.

Based in Fort Worth, TX, the company is a Berkshire Hathaway distributor of passive and related components, offering a comprehensive benefits package and global opportunities. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Engineering or Industrial Distribution with 5+ years in electronics preferred.
• Defense or aerospace market experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (including international travel).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies with branches to generate leads and win orders.
• Serve as technical sales resource for Field Sales, GM and segment customers.
• Coordinate territory training to educate staff on products.
• Maintain rapport with branch sales managers and management.
• Pursue new business leads via reps, trade shows, networking and internal resources.
