Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead selling of company products to segment customers in the territory. You will build sales opportunities, defend and grow accounts, and coordinate with branches and suppliers to win orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Distribution with 5+ years in electronics preferred.
• Experience in defense or aerospace markets is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and insurability by company carrier.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selling products by developing regional sales strategies and generating leads.
• Provide resource and technical sales support to Field Sales and segment customers.
• Coordinate training programs in the territory to educate staff on products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with branch managers and management.
• Pursue new business leads through reps, trade shows, networking, and internal resources.
• Manage the sales cycle with timely quotes, orders, and customer communications.
• Attend quarterly business reviews (QBR) with suppliers and internal meetings.
