TTI, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager to drive sales of company products and services to segment customers within the designated territory.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in electronics, defense/aerospace experience is preferred, and frequent travel (up to 50%) to support branches and customers. A strong focus on relationship building and strategic selling is essential.

• Knowledge and understanding of sales, purchasing, operations, systems, vendors, product and branch operations.
• Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% required, including international travel.

• Assist in the sale of company products and services by developing sales strategies with branches.
• Win orders and achieve sales objectives by calling on segment customers.
• Serve as a technical sales resource for Field Sales and Segment customers.
• Facilitate territory training and maintain relationships with branch managers.
