Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead selling activities for company products and services to segment customers within the territory. The role emphasizes creating sales opportunities, defending sales, and penetrating new accounts across the region.

Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, TTI, Inc. is a leading distributor of passive, connector, electromechanical and discrete components. This position requires up to 50% travel, including international, and ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Distribution with a minimum of 5 years' experience in electronics preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in or with the defense or commercial aerospace market is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the sale of company products and services by developing sales strategies and calling on segment customers in assigned territory.
• Acts as a resource and technical sales support for Field Sales, General Managers and Segment customers.
• Facilitates training programs in the territory to educate personnel on products for the Segment market.
• Establishes and maintains effective business rapport with branch sales managers and management staff.
