Job summary

Reachdesk, a global SaaS gifting platform, seeks an Accounting Manager in New York/Remote US East Coast to lead the accounting function and consolidate US GAAP across six entities. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive the close, controls, and automation, partnering with leaders across the business.

You will own complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, intercompany balances, and tax compliance, while developing a high‑performing international team and enhancing processes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on accounting leadership with multi‑entity exposure.
• Deep US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606.
• Experience leading audits and multi-currency consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across entities.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with reconciliations and reviews.
• Lead technical accounting analyses on revenue, principal vs agent, and wallet balances.
• Oversee group and UK statutory audits from planning to sign-off.
• Improve internal controls and drive automation in NetSuite integrations.
• Build and manage the international accounting team and processes.
