Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an exceptional Accounting Manager to own the accounting function from monthly close through consolidated US GAAP financials. Reporting to the CFO, you will develop the team and improve controls, processes, and automation across a global, multi-currency footprint.

You will work closely with leaders across the business on complex initiatives, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance while driving efficiency in a fast-growing SaaS and prepaid wallet model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on accounting in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience leading close, consolidation, and audits under US GAAP (ASC 606).
• Experience with complex revenue, wallets, and intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly/quarterly/year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities.
• Lead technical accounting analysis on revenue recognition, principal vs agent, and wallet balances.
• Manage group UK statutory audits and internal controls.
• Oversee tax compliance with external advisors (Corp tax, US sales tax, VAT).
• Drive automation and process improvements across NetSuite and integrations.
• Develop and performance-manage an international accounting team.
