Job summary

Apryse is seeking an experienced International Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and financial reporting for our ROW entities. This US-based role manages 20+ subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions and currencies, owning international close, statutory reporting, audits, and intercompany activities.

You will lead a global accounting team, ensure US GAAP compliance, strengthen controls, and partner with Tax, FP&A, and Legal to drive scalable processes and automation across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience including international accounting.
• Active CPA or equivalent (ACCA/ACA).
• Public accounting background; Big Four or large regional firm preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP, intercompany and foreign currency accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead international close activities across ROW entities and ensure timely reporting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany activity.
• Lead statutory reporting and local audits with external auditors and providers.
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP while converting to US GAAP.
• Manage third-party accounting providers for quality and deadlines.
• Develop and coach international accounting team members.
• Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and close procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation and scalable finance processes.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, and Legal.
• Support international expansion, acquisitions, and new entity formation.
