Reachdesk is seeking a hands-on Controller to own the accounting function day to day, delivering US GAAP consolidated financials across six entities, audits, and controls. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll build the team and drive improvements in processes and automation.

You’ll lead a high‑performing international team, partner with leaders on key initiatives, and ensure robust internal controls and timely close.

Competenze

• 8+ years of hands-on accounting leadership in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and principal vs. agent judgments.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency close and external audits.

Mansioni

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities.
• Lead technical accounting analysis for revenue recognition, principal vs agent, wallet balances, breakage, and VAT/tax considerations.
• Manage group and UK statutory audits from planning through sign-off.
• Develop and implement internal controls; improve processes and automation in NetSuite integrations.
• Lead and develop the international accounting team; drive cross-functional projects with business leaders.
