Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills.
• Proactively identifies customer style/behavior and adapts quickly all aspects of selling approach.
• Build collaborative partnerships with district colleagues and matrix team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets.
• Create pre-call plan with SMART objectives and evaluate post-call results.
• Develop and execute call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships to achieve win-win agreements.
• Share market intelligence with in-field team and brand team to optimize strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers and develop disease state experts.
