Job summary

AbbVie in the United States seeks a field-based sales professional to execute brand strategy and drive performance across designated territories including Greenville, Wilmington, East Raleigh, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. You will build strong customer relationships and solve needs while upholding AbbVie's code of conduct.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in health/science or business, 5 years in pharma with 3+ in pharma sales, and HCIR credentialing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• Five years of experience in pharmaceutical/health/science industry with three years in pharma preferred
• Proven track record of success in selling and strong presentation skills
• Ability to influence, lead and collaborate in a matrix environment
• HCIR credentialing requirements must be satisfied and maintained

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and KPIs to meet objectives.
• Create pre-call plans and handle objections to close sales.
• Build trusted customer relationships and achieve win–win agreements.
• Develop call plans to maximize access and coverage for key customers.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers.
