Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health/biotech or business fields.
• 5+ years in pharma/health/science with 3+ years in sales preferred.
• Strong leadership, presentation and business-sense capabilities.
• Must meet HCIR credentialing requirements for facilities access.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve calls.
• Build trusted customer relationships and win-win agreements.
• Develop call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market insights with in-field teams to align brand strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value with health providers and speakers.
