Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong English language skills for team communication and training.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellence in Customer Support Services by resolving inquiries with efficiency and empathy.
