The role requires native or fluent German, proven customer support experience, and strong problem-solving skills. A relocation package and training are provided to support international professionals moving to Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Act as a primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring consistent excellence in Customer Support Services.
