Job summary

Schneider Electric Geospatial (GIS) Utilities Professional Services seeks a Technical Account Manager in the US office (Fort Collins, CO) or remote from home. You will serve as trusted advisor to strategic clients, guiding upgrade strategies and coordinating high-quality support and project activities.

As TAM, you will oversee case management, engage with client personnel, facilitate developer activities, produce reports, and help ensure the client becomes a reference account with a high NPS.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of strategic GIS client accounts and coordinate delivery of services.
• Attend calls, workshops, and onsite visits to ensure client satisfaction and referenceability.
