Job summary

Qualifications

• Avail to work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Retail or sales experience.
• Visual inspection and fine motor skills for hardware repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Have extensive knowledge of Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by understanding needs and educating customers on repairs and Apple offerings.
• Mentor and support Genius Bar team members and share knowledge.
• Address customer escalations timely and professionally.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and uphold Apple values.
