Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
• Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and educating them on options.
• Mentor and role-model for Genius Bar team members and support leadership in escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to address recurring repair problems and share feedback with Apple.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and educate the broader team.
