Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Genius for the Apple Retail store in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You will combine troubleshooting skills with a passion for Apple products to deliver an outstanding customer experience and educate customers on repair options and services.

You will troubleshoot and repair Apple hardware and software, mentor team members, and collaborate with store leaders to resolve escalations while maintaining Apple’s high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Availability for a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in retail or sales or related work
• Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service environment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by educating customers on repair options and Apple offerings.
• Support leadership in providing timely resolution to customer escalations.
• Mentor Genius Bar team members and model exceptional service standards.
