Apple Inc. is seeking a Genius for our Apple Retail stores in Minnesota. You will combine extensive troubleshooting with the ability to inspire excitement for Apple products, educate customers on repair options, and perform repairs on all serviced devices.

You will also enhance team knowledge by mentoring teammates and contributing to high-quality repairs. You will stay current on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar processes, supporting customers with care and empathy, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales or related work experience.
• Possess visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional service and educate customers on repair options and Apple offerings.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
