Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software with customers.
• Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair Apple devices and diagnose issues.
• Educate customers on repair options and product capabilities.
• Provide excellent service while addressing customer needs and questions.
• Mentor and support Genius Bar team members.
• Assist leadership with timely resolution of escalations.
• Support customer-facing activities on/off the sales floor.
