Job summary

Apple is seeking a Genius to join our store team in Ohio. You will combine extensive troubleshooting skills with the ability to inspire excitement for Apple products and services, repairing devices and educating customers on repair options and Apple offerings.

You will mentor Genius Bar team members and collaborate with leadership to resolve escalations, while supporting an inclusive store culture and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales or related work experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
• Willingness to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Repair Apple hardware and software issues across products.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple offerings.
• Mentor and support Genius Bar team members and share knowledge.
