Apple Santa Rosa is seeking a skilled Genius Bar specialist to troubleshoot, repair, and educate customers across Apple hardware and software. You will deliver exceptional service, guide product care, and help customers decide on repair options and related offerings.

In this role you’ll mentor teammates, support store leadership, and contribute to an inclusive, high-energy retail environment where attention to detail and customer empathy drive every interaction.

Qualifikationen

• Work schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays in the retail store.
• Experience in retail or sales preferred.
• Ability to perform hardware repairs with fine motor skills.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service setting.

Aufgaben

• Support customers with Apple product or software issues with care and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple offerings.
• Mentor and support Genius Bar team members.
