• Experience in retail or sales environment.
• Ability to inspect hardware with precise manual dexterity.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues in a customer service setting.
• Troubleshoot software issues in a customer service setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional service and educate customers on repairs and Apple offerings.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options and product features.
• Collaborate with store team to share knowledge and resolve escalations.
