Apple Charleston is seeking a Genius at the Apple Retail Store to combine deep troubleshooting with customer enthusiasm. You will diagnose and repair hardware and software, educate customers on options, and help them get the most from Apple products.

You will mentor teammates, address escalations, and contribute to an inclusive store culture. This role requires flexibility for retail hours and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Willingness to assist with lifting/moving merchandise as needed.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repairs and Apple offerings, presenting suitable solutions.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for Genius Bar team members.
• Support leadership in timely resolution of customer escalations.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering belonging.
