Apple is seeking a Genius for its Retail stores in Florida. You will combine extensive troubleshooting with the ability to inspire excitement for Apple products, educate customers about repair options, and perform repairs on devices serviced in-store.

You will repair hardware and software, deliver exceptional service, and mentor team members while supporting leadership in customer escalations and store operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Have the visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service to Apple customers by understanding needs and offering suitable recommendations.
• Educate customers on how to buy Apple products and services.
• Mentor and support Genius Bar team members and share knowledge.
