Job summary

Zoom Workplace seeks a General Manager to own the strategic and revenue trajectory for the Workplace portfolio. You will drive multi-year growth, align cross-functional execution across geo sales, CS, product, and marketing, and report to the Chief Sales Officer with direct visibility to the CEO and Board.

You will lead AI-enabled differentiation, manage pricing and GTM, and partner with global teams to expand ARR while maintaining strong retention.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS or enterprise software with P&L or revenue ownership.
Proven success in market share growth, competitive displacement, and customer expansion.
Executive-level reporting and decision-making with CEO/board exposure.
Deep understanding of workplace tech, hybrid work trends, and enterprise buying.

Responsibilities

Define the multi-year strategic roadmap for Zoom Workplace to grow ARR and expand TAM.
Own competitive strategy, pricing, and GTM for the Workplace portfolio with partners.
Drive new business, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion to grow ARR and net retention.
Collaborate with Geo Sales Leadership to localize strategies and enable field teams.
Influence product roadmap with CS, Product, and Engineering to boost adoption and retention.
Champion AI integration across Workplace products and differentiators in the market.
Establish KPIs and a disciplined operating cadence across the org.
Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team of sellers and SEs.
Present performance and strategic direction to CEO, execs, and Board.
