Qualifications

• Current hotel Assistant General Manager with at least 3 years of hospitality experience.
• Experience independently managing daily hotel operations, including serving as manager on duty or covering for the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, reservations, and housekeeping.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, employee performance, and labor costs.
• Monitor budgets, profitability, and revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Coordinate with regional and corporate leadership on operational and financial goals; oversee administrative procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor local market trends, competitors, and demand.
